Well work is indeed underway… in fact the OP is already translated and KFX is being done
I’m working on the logo design and I will animate it in it’s entirety unlike any other group that will bother to pick up/sub this series.

Wow, you guys really put a lot of work into this o.o! Most of the time I just see the translation of the title pasted on. To think that you actually use Photoshop to mod it xD! WIsh I had CS3 T.T…..I’m still using CS2 xD!

@darkkosmos ~ sure, that may the case for some, and we acknowledge that. However, unlike speedsub groups (which we are not), we don’t just sub for the leeches ;P This is a personal hobby, therefore I’m doing this “extra” stuff simply because of the fact that I want to
@Drew ~ we’ll be downscaling to 396p, with consideration of HD in the future (if we can get our hands on a good raw)
general note: who’s interested in us putting out a release ahead of time … without all the extra, extra, fancy stuffs (logo, credits, all signs). We could release just the subs w/ karaoke… however it’d be an unofficial release ([Moe-Nigga]) considering we hate v2’s and this way we could get away with it xD
Personally I’d rather wait for the complete file because I rarely download episodes that I’m not going to archive(I stream instead). I also like having karaoke when I watch the first time bug that’s probably just me. If someone really wanted to watch earlier they could just use another subbed temporarily as well XD.
Yes, but we’re the only sub group that’s this far… and that pre-release would have all the karaoke by the way ;P
That and it’d also give us all the leeches before the other groups so they know to archive us (our official [Moetaku] releases)… just a heads up, I doubt I can finish all this typesetting before tonight… tons of signs, and they’re not static, they’re all moving T__T That, and I want to make this logo looks as amazing as possible… something that can’t be done in the next 3 hours left of this day @_@

problem with that? Flare is a term conceptualized by Maceart of Doremi-Fansubs, it simply implies “extra” things that some groups tend to do; Karaoke, Logos, Credits, Typeset Signs, etc.

Wait, so did the raw come out on the 10th? Because if it did, this is taking a while to finish. Of course, I’m also used to seeing groups do the whole thing in just a few hours, but they don’t have a status page, or previews, or anything like that.
I have a little request. I saw the Sekirei episode that you had released and you streamed it in a flv player, so I wonder if you can stream it in a divX player. When you still were subbing True Tears, you guys used piggymoo as a hosting site, but I don’t know if they can handle the mkv format, but there is a new site that does handle the mkv format; Vreel.net
it actually handles all of the formats known so far (or I would like to believe so, but they can handle mkv, I have tried)

@Toasty ~ nor do they do nearly as much work as us :/ Anywho, there was a release on the 11th already. That release contained the fully translated/edited/timed/styled script thrown on a downscaled raw… just for those impatient leechers/anyone preferring speed over qualty…

Fair enough. I haven’t seen any of your translated subs yet, so I can’t determine the quality of your subs, but surely there’s something that could be sped up a bit? I don’t know.

Thanks a lot for putting so much of your soul into this. I for one prefer quality rather than speed, especially for an anime that seems so promising!
To be honest Sho, I’m happy with what I can get. You guys provide a free service (well, you accept donations, but you don’tdemand money) so it’s not like I can complain. I’m just used to subs being finished in just a few hours. =/
Well, the subs themself were finished quite fast according to the status page. For the ones, who couldn’t wait he even released this unofficial, yet sadly cool and flare-less (sorry, just joking :D), version.
And now the typesetting for the OP and ED is done, there’s not as much work to do as this time for the following episodes.
By the way, I really like the status page idea. It’s the first time, I see one on a subber’s page. :]

Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu 01 has no seeds : \ got 800 peers sharing nuthing lol and *cry*
Arametsu, its people like you that make sub groups waste time encoding! mkv/h264 has a LOT higher quality than xvid for the SAME FILE SIZE.
